Sales Tax Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped to addresses in the state of Washington (7.9% sales tax).

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your embroidery, please give us a call or e- mail us, and we will work with you quickly to resolve the problem.
Returns and Exchanges Refunds are cheerfully given if you received defective merchandise or we made a mistake in your embroidery. No other returns are accepted. Please e-mail us for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise at returns@Baby-Threads. Please include your name, phone number, and reason for requesting a return. We will get back to you promptly to correct the situation.
Shipping Shipping Options, Rates, and Delivery Time
We ship all of our online orders via USPS. Please allow 3–7 days for your package to arrive (for packages shipped within the 48 Continental United States). If you need your order rush-shipped, give us a call at 800-550-4020 to place your order over the phone. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail.
Most orders for personalized apparel or blankets are typically shipped 2 to 3 days after the order is placed. However, some orders may take longer depending on availability. If there is going to be a long delay with your order, we will let you know.
Shipping costs vary depending upon the number of items you order. Your total shipping price will be calculated for you during checkout before you submit your final order. For orders placed with us over the phone, we will give you an estimate on the shipping charges.
